Living Our Mission – We Connect

…through Worship

Our worship services reflect our UU values, drawing inspiration from many sources. We generally include hymns, readings, an offering, and a sermon. Candlelighting (joys and concerns) has an important place. Music plays a major role, and occasionally there’s a service that mostly consists of a musical performance.

Members of our congregation serve as Worship Associates, supporting the minister and deepening our sense of involvement.

…Music

Our rich and diverse music program includes no fewer than eight choirs, involving approximately 140 people. Our Minister of Music, Rev. EdWard Thompson, works closely with the Senior Minister to plan how music can enhance each service.
